First-Role AI Employee Rollout

Purpose

Use this playbook to turn an interested company into a scoped AngajatAI implementation without drifting into vague AI transformation or custom consulting chaos.

Steps

  1. Identify the repetitive digital workflow. Ask where the company loses time every week: email, invoices, CRM, reports, documents, meetings, or founder context collection.
  2. Choose one role. Define the digital employee as an inbox manager, finance agent, CRM coordinator, reports agent, document analyst, meeting assistant, or management assistant.
  3. Map sources and documentation. Identify the business context the agent needs from Dropbox, Google Drive, email, CRM, documents, procedures, or custom systems.
  4. Set up the agent ecosystem. Deploy or configure the VPS environment, identity, email, channels, dashboard, graph, skills, cronjobs, and integrations.
  5. Define rules and confirmation points. Clarify what AI can do alone and what requires human approval.
  6. Build the first skills and loops. Focus only on the chosen workflow, including recurring/looped tasks where useful.
  7. Test on real work. Use anonymized or approved real examples, not clean demos only.
  8. Measure the first outcome. Track time saved, follow-ups, errors avoided, response time, reports produced, or confirmation quality.
  9. Calibrate memory and graph. Improve source organization and retrieval so the agent becomes more specialized.
  10. Expand to more agents or roles only after adoption. Add more agents with delimited responsibilities, specialized context, and shared context where needed.

Demo shape

A strong 30-minute demo should identify the first role, sources, rules, output format, risk boundaries, implementation path, first measurable result, and what context must be ingested for the agent to improve.

Guardrails

  • Do not connect everything just because it is possible.
  • Do not ingest irrelevant or unauthorized data.
  • Do not promise full autonomy for financial, legal, commercial, HR, reputational, or operationally risky decisions.
  • Do not start without an internal workflow owner.
  • Do not sell generic AI magic; show a real workflow and the agent ecosystem behind it.
